General Questions

You can pay us using any one of the following payment methods:

1.  Online Payments

Pay us via Net-banking, credit cards, and debit cards via our online payment gateway. Over 95% of our customers use this option as it is fast and secure.

2. Cash On Order Placement

We accept payment in terms of cash at the time of placing the order at our store.

3.    Razorpay

Razorpay account lets you check out faster, safer and with ease, it is also accepted globally.

Very rarely, there are cases wherein an order gets placed from your end but the product has just gone out of stock and has not updated on our portal. In such a case, we try to immediately inform the customer. Our customer service team gives you a call/contacts you on email and makes sure we either find you an alternative right product, let the customer know when new stock is expected or cancel your order. In case of cancellation of a prepaid order, the money is wired back to the customer within 3-5 business days.

The actual shipping transit time is 4-6 working days anywhere in India. Most customers receive their product(s) within 12-15 business days of placing their order.

In such cases, we receive a confirmation within 24 hours from our payment gateway, and a manual order is created. You will receive two emails – one confirming payment and one confirming your order. If you have not received these emails after 24 hours, please email us at admin@wireup.in
